"My partner didn't fully trust the opinions/insight of the technician so opted not to get any service done. That being said, the technician helped us understand our system better as we hadn't had this kind of system before and that did help us decide that we didn't want to turn the system on, as we'd prefer to replace it with a refrigerated air system possibly next year. We have had a technician from Reliable Tech come out once before for a plumbing issue in our shower, and that went really well.

"I have used Ole's Appliance for 16 years for all kinds of appliance repairs. Today Patrick did a great, quick job fixing my fridge and leveling my dishwasher (which wasn't mounted very well by the delivery guys from the store). He is always prompt, courteous, neat and honest. He has told me when it's worth it to repair something, and when it is not. His prices are reasonable. I have used him to fix my fridge, ovens, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I recommend him heartily.

"Rick's weekend rate was half the price of some Santa Fe plumbers' weekday rates, and he did a great job. I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought. Definitely will use him for other appliance and general handyman needs!"
