"This was a trial job before a potential kitchen removal. It involved moving our boiler a short distance, walling off the area, fixing the floor, some electrical. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

When confronted about previous paid materials, Gregorio said they were his (even though he used material, that he left for me to dispose of) 3. Unprofessional by not using his knowledge and best judgment for client. Ex: Knowingly paint in not idea weather conditions and no consideration of an exterior wood deck, right after a snow storm. 4. Bad craftsmanship. Over-sprayed paint on stucco and didn?t fix on his own. Painting on a damp wood surface and ensuring client it is fine (but paint peels up). 5. Doesn?t take responsibility and blames others 6. Sweet talk you and give assurance without warranty 7. Ghost you if you ask to make things right."
