"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Like all renovations, this one had some surprises along the way, but with the help of Richard and David Babcock, we navigated all of them as efficiently as possible and I'm very happy with the results. Add to the situation that I was not on site for most of the work, so all of our communication was by phone, email and text, and this project could have been truly awful. I had to have a very high level of trust in Babcock Construction and their subcontractors, and they did not let me down. Communication was great, they were responsive, helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Their work is very high quality, the kitchen cabinets are gorgeous and the plaster work is the best I've ever seen. I've had the chance to speak with others who have worked with Richard and David repeatedly over the years, and we agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to call on this capable contractor again. Very highly recommended to everyone.
