I know how frustrating it is to find quality, conscientious, & fair-priced home improvement professionals. After a bathroom remodel from the dark side, I was fortunate to find Eric (720-546-6194). He checks off all the boxes- is responsive, patient, efficient, fair priced and has a creative eye. Eric helped bring my unfinished tiling conundrum into the light. I recommend him without reservation.

We (my husband and I) knew Eric was perfect for the job after he first came out and gave us a quote. The precious owners of our house had installed the kitchen tile wrong (without a protective layer!) which had caused buckling, some water damage, and the tiles themselves even started to break and come away from the floor! We asked a few people for quotes but no one else would touch it, whereas Eric came out the very next day to assess it for us. He was very friendly and professional and didn't try to upsell us. He was very honest about pricing of vinyl vs. stone tile as a replacement both in terms of labour and materials (which we picked out ourselves following his great recommendations of reputable places to source it). We decided to go with vinyl because it is easier to afford right now, and Eric was able to start work just a few days after first contacting him. He talked us through the whole process he was undertaking and if ever we had a concern we knew we could bring it to him and he sorted it out for us! Even though our kitchen isn't very big we were still amazed at how quickly he got it all done in just a day and a half - that's taking up the old tile and grout, preparing the floor in a couple areas where it was uneven underneath, and installing the new vinyl tile!! The whole thing! He did a wonderful job and we are both very very pleased with his work, and he gave us a *very* fair price for it all. We will definitely be working with Eric in the future and highly recommend him! Thank you so much!

Eric is the man for the job! He beat everyone else's bid AND has the most experience. The square footage of product he requested was much lower than the others and we still had some left, which saved us quite a bit of money. And while others were wary on removal pricing because there were hidden layers, Eric didn't balk during the bidding process or the actual removal. Our vinyl plank flooring turned out amazing. Eric is a hard worker with high integrity. If you include him in your bidding process, I have no doubt he'll get the job and he will do it right!

When everyone else I contacted said it wasn't possible, Eric said it was. And he was true to his word, saving a botched grout job from our contractor, and making it beautiful. HIs communication and workmanship were just outstanding. Highly, highly recommended.

Eric is very responsive, calling me 5 minutes after my request. He is a professional and an expert, guiding us to install a new floor, although we thought we wanted to replace damage boards. I would highly recommend him, he has an eye for design and completes the job in a timely manner.

Eric was very friendly and was able to start the job immediately. He was hired to fix a problem another professional left. He did a good job in adding the 4 transitions but a very poor job on cutting the floor back and grouting the tile in the bathroom and powder room. He left grout and residue on the tile and told me the residue would be easier to clean once it was dry. I tried several ways to remove the residue for a week with no success, so my tiles still show the residue stains. While cutting back the floor it appears he did not use a new blade or tape the floor because it splintered quite a bit. Not sure why he continued cutting after the 1st board splintered. I now need to cover up the splintering on 9 boards.
