He arrived on-time on the scheduled day, and performed the replacements quickly. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."
