"The technician did a review of the cooling systems which were not working at the time. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."

"Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. But, I am extremely happy to have stayed with this company. Chris, Alicia, Michael and Joshua were all great, very professional. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
