I scheduled a deep clean and it was done but big things were missed - like the oven that had not even been touched when I returned, including the greasy stove hood. They did come back to do that but for the STEEP price I paid for deep cleaning I expected better. Worst of all, I was quoted $100 a week for ongoing cleaning and then when I attempted to schedule it I was told it would actually be $200 a week, even though I had the written quote. I feel scammed and would never recommend them to anyone.

Owner and cleaners saw immediately what to do and how to do it and had the exact equipment needed. They cleaned thoroughly, even for a basement, moved things and put them back. They seemed to work fast and made me realize the huge value in having trained people do this kind of job with much more skill and efficiency than I could have, though I have done a lot of cleaning!
