The before picture of my unit showed multiple dead rodents, nesting material, dirt, feces and urine from rodents. The after pictures showed a very clean unit. He replaced foil tape on the bottom of the unit and visually inspected the wiring; he did not observe any rodent activity (chewing through wires). I appreciate the promptness of the service call.
