Livie's Glass

Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Builders Direct in Albuquerque. AJ, the owner, was down the next day and gave me a good estimate on replacing my windows with Milgard windows. I will let Angies List know how the job went (approx. 3 weeks)

I dealt with Jason, I think his name was. He came out and gave me an estimate to replace a cracked window in one of my bedrooms. Aside from us not being able to get our schedules to mesh, he was punctual, and the price matched the estimate.. I will.be using him again for window issues in my new home.

After waiting for 6 weeks for a major glass company in Los Lunas to show up to repair our window the repair person took apart our window and left and never showed up again. I called the owner of Toby's Doors in Belen because he always bends over backwards to help people. He recommended Livie's Glass in Bosque Farms. They put me in contact with Joshua Maestas, the son in Livie and Sons Glass. Josh is a very personable young man who is reliable, professional and likes helping people. He told us when he would be able to come to the house and did exactly that. Throughout the entire process he always stayed in touch and let us know what he was going to do and when. He went out of his way to help us save on our repairs (It helps when your on a pension). Instead of replacing our screen he was able to repair it and replace the missing molding and seal the window. On top of all of that he gave us a hugh discount on our bill. This is the kind of old fashion service that's hard to come by these days. We appreciate and highly recommend josh at Livie's Glass. You won't regret it.
