At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "I couldn't find any other contractors that used silicone as a roofing material. Several of the ones that I spoke to mentioned that it was usually used as a coating over a leaking roof, but not as a main roof material. I tried to do some research on-line, but I couldn't find enough information to feel comfortable with having them do my roof with it. They did offer a price that was about 60% of a traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof job."
