"Outstanding!! We have a 2200 sq ft home and needed a full overhaul of the roof. The team arrived about 7:15 AM and were completed by about 6:45 - 7:00 PM that night. They completely stripped the old tiles, laid new paper, tiles, flashing, skylights, and resealed all the vents, etc. The team wasted no time and besides an hour for lunch took no noticeable breaks, except nature calls. This was really great experience and the cost was very reasonable for the work completed."

"They did a fine job installing a new TPO roof. However, I asked to have a skylight added at the same time. They broke it into two jobs, so I had to wait 2 weeks for them to come back, cut a hole in my new roof, and install the skylight. That part of the job was shoddy - they came with no tarps or ladder. When they cut a hole (2 holes because they misjudged the placement of the first one) they allowed all the plaster and 70-year old insulation to fall directly on my living room floor. Plaster dust permeated my house. It was then that they told me they didn't do sheetrock work, so I had to get a different contractor to complete the skylight job. A week passed with 2 gaping holes in my living room ceiling. The next week, I hired a very professional crew who arrived with plastic sheeting, proper equipment and finished the job. Overall what should've been a 1-day job took 3 weeks elapsed time and more money than was quoted. And two different contractors."

"I called and spoke with Ben (the owner) for an estimate. He came out promptly, was very personable, and took the time to explain all my options. He went over all the materials he would be using and exactly what they would be doing. He was very knowledgable and helped me understand what the best option would be. His estimate was the most reasonable of all the estimates I received.
Less than two weeks later several trucks full of workers showed up exactly at 7 am as promised, tore off the old roof and put on a new one including a new skylight all in the same day. They also left my yard spotless! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Upon arrival the crew gave us an estimate of how long the job would take.  Although we had some rain the job was completed as promised.  The crew members were very pleasant and did a marvelous job and kept the area clean.  In coming and going from the house we ran into the crew on their breaks and they were friendly and courteous.  We have received many compliments on the job from our neighbors and friends that have come to our house!  Everyone associated with the project did an outstanding job!  We highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your roof!  I have seen many work crews and do not remember seeing a crew that was as courteous and professional as the Santa Fe Stucco and Roofing crew!  Thank you for a job well done and beyond expectations!

"The owner, Sean Cramberg, arrived a little later than expected but was very professional and got busy with the inspection.  He took photos of all the areas of need of our roof.  Overall the information was good, but there were a few areas of concern that did require attention before they became larger issues.  Our home is an older, large mid-century Hacienda style home which we just recently purchased this past November upon moving back to New Mexico.  The prior owners had all the sunroofs (there are several) repaired as they all leaked.....but that was the extent of it......and we knew there were other areas that were likely to need "touching up" even though the overall inspection report at time of purchase was ok (for the big stuff regarding the roof).  He took photos of all the areas that required attention.  He explained everything in detail and in terms we could easily follow.  He also discussed his roofing techniques/styles and products.  We were pleased with his presentation and the reviews we had read online and on Angie's List (I had purchased a discount inspection through Angie's List) and signed the contract on the spot as the price seemed fair given prior roofing I have had done in the past.  The repairs were conducted seamlessly the following Friday without a hitch.  We are pleased with the service and with the 5 year warranty."
