Eric Chavez promptly returned my call to come to our house to assess replacement of several skylights. He showed up on the day and time he promised, he examined all 18 of our skylights, and he identified 7 that need to be replaced. He provided a very price-competitive bid, which we accepted. He subsequently arranged to have the skylights fabricated, including powder-coating the frames to meet our HOA's requirements for color matching specification. He installed them on the date agreed upon. Overall, he was responsive in a prompt manner, was attentive to our needs, and he was wonderfully professional. I would certainly hire Eric and his company again for any additional skylight replacements.

Eric came and inspected the leaky and cracked existing skylights and made a written quote before he left. The price was very reasonable so we approved the order on the spot. A couple of weeks later Eric called and said the skylights were ready to install and set an appointment to come out and do the installation. He installed complete gaskets (there were none on the existing skylights) and had the skylights installed in a couple of hours. The job was done neatly and cleanly and we're very happy now that our skylights have a clean, bright look and aren't leaking in the rain anymore. Eric is a fine fella to deal with, you'll be very happy working with him as we were.

I contacted Advanced Skylight b/c of good reviews on Angie's List. I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me some tips about maintaining my roof, as not only was the skylight cracking, but the roofing material around the window (which he fixed) was also in really bad shape. The window looks great!

Though based in Albuquerque, showed up in Santa Fe on the day we called. Custom skylights were installed two days later. Do not know how price compared to other companies. Another company never returned with an estimate.

We called the company and Eric Chavez was extremely responsive and made a special effort to get out to our home and replace the skylight. It was not possible to deal with the day of the event because of the rain and the metal roof which made attempting a repair too dangerous. But he was able to get a new 4'x4' non-crank skylight prepared and installed the day after the skylight blew off. We would recommend Eric and the Advanced Skylight Systems company without reservation

I'm amazed at how fast this service was. I had a quote by the day after I first called and the skylights were installed a few days later. Eric was friendly and efficient. I would definitely work with this company again!

Eric was wonderful to work with.  He responded quickly to our request for an estimate.  The work was done (by Eric) within a few days despite the fact that the weather wasn't very cooperative.  He clean up very well after the job was done.  We wish that we had replaced the leaky skylights years ago as we lost a lot of energy because of it.

Eric was great to deal with! We set up a time for him to come out and check the skylights we had as well as the leak inside the house. He was positive that we only had to replace the skylights and not the boots. The price was lower than I had expected. We decided to go ahead and have him do the work. He was back out the next week to install the skylights himself. He was running a little late, but he called before our scheduled time. He was very professional and cleaned up any mess he made.

I was very pleased with the outcome and my skylight has not leaked since it was replaced in May of 2014.  Eric was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable about skylight repair and replacement. He initially assessed that flashing the skylight would work and when that did not, he promptly replaced my skylight.  I had received an earlier quote of five times the amount Eric charged me due to my steep roof so was very happy with the cost.

Everything went well.  Eric was punctual with giving an estimate and did the work a couple of days later.  My small skylights have leaked for years and it was finally time to replace them.  After a couple of rainstorms, I've verified that the new ones are leak-free (and look much better).
He even re-tarred part of the roof gratis.
Good price for good work.
