SmartVolt AV, Seth, didnâ t finish the job! He abandoned us! He talked a good talk, at first he is very communicative, and appears very knowledgeable. But, he totally left us hanging with cameras that didnâ t record. He didnâ t do what we contracted him to do. We paid over $67,000 but he did not give us all the parts. He just stopped coming and did not return any texts, phone calls or letters. Itâ s been over two months since he stopped work. Most importantly, our personal safety and the security of our home is in jeopardy by the work he did and did not do. Weâ re now paying others to bring the system to working order. We are shocked!

Seth and his assistant were professional, timely and detail oriented (down to cleaning all remnants of drywall dust, wire pieces etc). Seth worked within my budget and offered multiple options from lowest to highest and helped find a happy medium. I knew nothing about home theater options and was walked through it in a way that made me confident in what was best for me, without any pressure or pushiness. Not only is it a lovely set up with great picture and sound but I was given instruction on how to use all components like I actually know what Iâ m doing, LOL. Iâ ve already recommended SmartVolt to friends and family as theyâ re a local company that does great work!
