"First guys that came didn’t have the proper Mount- not their fault. Worked out for the best because I ended up getting a bigger tv after the recommendation of them due to the cathedral ceiling and I ended up paying less- appreciated their honesty and all worked out for the best!"

"I called  SMRT mid-week, scheduled an appointment for weekend consultation,
I wasn't sure if my cast iron tub could be converted into a walk in shower.
SMRT made several suggestions in type of shower base, such as concrete/tile base with vinyl liner
or cultured marble pan, or vinyl acrylic shower pan with 4" curb, I chose the vinyl acrylic pan,
The shower valves needed to be replaced, I was presented with a book with different styles of valves I picked
one that met my budget and was same style as some that cost much more.
I was also presented with tile samples, and grout colors, all were good quality tile.
Colors for paint was presented (many colors)
After choosing materials and estimate presented, I entered into contract, and scheduled work to start the following week.
Prior to any demo work, drop cloths were placed in the traffic areas, and the area where work was to be performed was
draped with plastic for dust control.
The tub and existing tile was removed as well as the wall sheathing,
A new shower valve was installed and tested
The shower pan was installed with a new drain
Wall sheathing was installed (mold resistant/water resistant)
Tile was installed and grouted
Clean-up, and trash removal
The professionalism and workmanship was the best I have ever experienced !!!!
Great Job....

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can mount a TV on a brick wall as a DIY project. This process requires specific tools, such as a masonry drill and masonry bits, as a regular power drill is not sufficient for drilling into dense surfaces like brick. You will need to drill mounting holes directly into the bricks, not the mortar, to ensure there is enough support for the weight of the TV and its bracket. After drilling, use large plastic wall anchors or concrete screws to securely attach the TV mount.

It’s highly recommended to use studs for a TV mount. The last thing you want is to be watching your favorite show when the TV falls off the wall. Studs are much stronger than drywall and quite a bit stronger than drywall anchors but, if you can’t find the studs or there simply aren’t any where you need them, you can use drywall anchors. It’s extremely important to make sure the anchors are rated for the load of the TV. We recommend using anchors that are rated far beyond the weight of whatever you’re hanging. Our suggestion is metal drywall toggle anchors.

Finding a professional to mount your television to the wall is a little challenging because no licenses exist for this type of work. You could ask friends or neighbors for recommendations. Check out online reviews, too. Typically, though, almost any local handyman can do the work. A local electronics store or the place where you bought the TV may have a recommendation for you. A local framer or drywall installer might do the work for you as well. If you need an outlet installed for the new TV, an electrician may do both items for you.

The shorter the coaxial cable, the better. The further you run the cable, the more signal loss you'll experience. At 50 feet, you'll see significant signal loss, and by 100 feet, you'll experience at least a 30% drop in signal strength.

While it can be done, hanging a TV on a brick wall without drilling requires thoughtful care. Conditions of the wall, the weight of the TV, any items below the TV, and more must be taken into account. To effectively mount the TV would require specific tools to install, such as TV stands, clamps, and strong adhesives.
