"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"Everything went fine.  Eva and Elena showed up with two other workers and got the job done by the afternoon.   They were a good working team and each person had their job to do.  One washed and dried the screens, while the other three worked on the windows, both on the outside and inside of one particular room until it was done.  They brought their own small vacumn to clean our the sills and bottom of the sliding glass doors.  They did not leave any mess behind.  All of the ladies were very professional and curtious.  I was very happy with their job and it was great to have all the windows clean at one time.  I used a Angie's list Coupon for $129 for 15 windows inside and out, and then paid an additioal $96 while they were on site to do the remaining windows.
