"Our 12 year old water heater went out on a Saturday night. We called TLC because they answer 24/7. They scheduled Victor on Sunday morning at 10:00. He diagnosed either the thermocouple or gas starter. Considering the age of the water heater and a previous service call we opted to replace it. Victor showed up the next day at 8:00am with a courtesy call 45 minutes prior and the new water heater installed by 11:00. He was professional, efficient and gave us the straight up.
