We had Sunshine Heating and Plumbing install a mini-split system in our addition we were building. The system worked fine for a few days but then started not blowing cold. We had them come back out to look at it, and they said that 2 service valves both simultaneously failed on the mini split and that caused the freon leak. They charged us another 500.00 and demanded we pay it. I argued that the cause of both valves failing at the same time was most likely caused by debris in their line set that prevented the valves from closing after the line set was charged bled. They denied that as being even remotely possible and demanded payment. Also, after making payment for the original contract they lost record of payment and I had to email them multiple times my credit card statement showing the payment made. Buyer beware of this company,

Purchased Trane XR 80 furnace from them. It's been a piece of crap from day one. They keep wanting to change me the same service charge over and over for the same problem. The gas valve sticks and I have to open up the doors of the furnace and pound on the valve to get the furnace to operate.

Sunshine was very nice on the phone and in person. They cleared our clog quickly and were very professional. Their price was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
