CAS was recommended to me by a solar panel company who has had experience with good and not so good roofers. CAS is a great roofer! So glad I went with them. Accurate quote, kind and hard working staff, very conscience of my property, clean up and schedule. I found them to be skilled and trustworthy. They go the extra yard to keep the reputation as the best roofer in town.

Replaced tar/gravel flat roof with white PVC membrane roofing. Wesley answered all questions and team was professional. Website videos helpful. Multi-layered construction. Canales covered as well. Did half of my roof (design of house) in one day. Will definitely hire for other side of house. Lifetime guarantee puts me at ease. So satisfied!

Covered in insulated two levels of roofing. Great explanations of what they would do, and they did it as described, and on time. Somewhat pricey, but I should never need another roof.

The roofing crew did a great job. The job was completed in 4 days. It probably would have been done in 3, but we had rain the afternoon of the 1st day. BAC had anticipated the rain so they did not do any work which would have led to a possible leak. They also applied tar to areas that could have led to possible leaks a couple of months before they started the new roof. There was a leak in the living room ceiling which precipitated the need for a new roof. The tar patching that they did prior to the installation of the new membrane roof prevented any further damage to the living room ceiling. I don't think any other company would have taken the time to do that. A real plus of the new roof is how cool the house has been. The AC has hardly been running since the roof was installed. I imagine it will also help hold in the heat during the winter. I am totally pleased with the job and won't hesitate to recommend BAC to anyone needing a new roof. It is an expensive roof but I feel the expense is well worth the money spent for the warranty offered and the peace of mind of not having to deal with on going roof maintenance problems.

After having a lousy flat roof put on by a now defunct company three years ago, BAC came in and installed a new single membrane roof covering. Not cheap, of course, but quality. They coordinated well with ABQ Plumbing to reinstall ac units on our roof with a crane. Wes did a fine job informing us of the process as well as seeing it to completion. The foreman Adrian kept us informed of progress at the end of each day. So far we are happy. Time will tell!

Company was responsive and professional. Installation took one day. Installer took care to clean out old materials that would have caused a high spot and prevented water from draining.

They were on time and pretty careful. I have 3 dogs so letting them in and out when gate closed was a detail that we worked out. It was a very long process in removing material and replacing the pitch part going into the sealed layer. There was rain on day 3 when roof was partly bare but they tarped it an all was ok eventually. They said they were rebuilding the flat to have more elevation so that the roof would shed better. The following day after completion we had a downpour and the cannales were spouting water about 3 ft. straight out lateral. I sure could see the effect.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were on time everyday, worked sometimes 10 hours, and were very professional.

It went very well, they were very professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The work was performed ahead of schedule and with very little mess. The crews were polite, respectful, and very professional.

A quality product, well informed from estimate to completion. The crew was hard working and enjoyed their job. Their craftmanship focused on the details. Their high quality daily production considered exposure of a finish end-point each day so as not to expose the roof to the weather.

These guys are great. I obtained 3 quotes. BAC was the highest quote. However, the warranty, added insulation, replacement of skylights, building permit fee, all factored in to what we needed that made the investment worth the cost. Bill Younts, the sales representative was non-pressure, did a thorough and quick presentation, kept me abreast of schedule, and just one of those likeable guys. His crew was thorough, efficient, respectful, and really worked hard for the 3 days it took to do the job. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the look and functionality of the SteelRock roof system and also the service we received from BAC Enterprises. Salesman, Wes Hedlund was wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable about the SteelRock roofing system. Furthermore, we had to put our roofing project on hold for an additional 4-5 months, due other projects that came up with the our home and Wes and BAC were very understanding and flexible with our situation. Bert and his crew who installed the roof did an outstanding and professional job! We couldn't be happier with the workmanship and we know we have a strong, well-built roofing system and will not have to replace our roof again in our lifetime. Also, the price of the SteelRock roof through BAC came in way under that of the Decra metal roofing system that we got quotes for through other local companies in the ABQ area. I would highly recommend BAC Enterprises to anyone who needs any type of roof replacement or repair done.

Overall went well. Wanted better prep work securing roof underfoot before installing the roof membrane, but was not on site to ensure it was done. By the time I got on site that portion of roof was already completed. I was assured if any issues did arise they would take care of the issue. Overall I am happy with the work and materials.

Excellent. They were excellent on communications, cleaned up the job and completed our home in less than a week. Price included removal of old gravel, installation of insulating boards, membrane installation, including sealing around all protrusions, and running the membrane up the inside of the walls, and installation of new skylights. Lifetime written warranty. This roofing also lowers our home insurance premium.

very well. The weather delayed a few days but the men were here early and worked until the job was finished. They cleaned up any debris. Reported to me when they came, when they left and when they'd return.

I was educated by Wes who used slides to explain canales, the need to line them properly, the advantages of PVC, how they wrap the parapets, etc. and that was followed up by a crew that was timely, hard-working, patient with my questions, and the clean-up was in line with my picky expectations. I'm enjoying the rains!

Its expensive but we have already saved a lot of money from having to fix leaks in the past. They have the lifetime warranty.

They removed the old one. Several people came out to do the service. It took them two days to complete the new roof. I would have given them an 'A' except for the fact that they really didn't do a good job cleaning up afterwards inside the house. Outside, they did pretty good. Again, not excellent, but good. They left a lot of debris inside and they spilled something on one of my rugs, which they did not take care of.

Had to wait 2 months to get work done as the company was heavily booked but once work started it was done promptly and efficiently with excellent follow up. Team was respectful and courteous. I considered 8 other roofing companies and systems including tar & gravel, foam and membrane and found BAC explanations and videos of the procedures to be the most clear, understandable and credible of all the companies. All questions were factually addressed before and during services. The procedures matched their marketing to a tee. I'm very pleased that I selected BAC. The BAC membrane roof costs seem high but are virtually equivalent to costs quoted by other companies when you add in the other company's unspecified costs for additional, required services and warrantees for the T&G or foam roofs. All costs were all included in the BAC contract (including permit, taxes and warrantee) and there were no hidden or additional charges. I feel confident that any needed follow up or warrantees will be honored.
