"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. "Hello, Dojo Builders built our house in 2018. Each year we have had problems with the construction. Every year we have had a roof leak. First year we discovered the water heater was improperly ventilated and would not function and had to be replaced. Improperly sealed tile. Leaking sink. Crumbling concrete steps. Most problematic has been the multiple roof leaks every year for seven years. Two bedrooms and one bathroom have had roof leaks. Stucco has pulled away from the exterior windows causing additional leaks. All within the first 7 years of construction. "
