We did not have a designer for the update and made all the design decisions ourselves with input from Babcock Construction. The transformation of the house was amazing. "Fantastic. Advanced American Construction did it again. Their work is impeccable and they do exactly what you request or dream of. My HGTV dreams came true. The toilet was moved from next to the bathtub into the opposite corner. A designated stall was build. The space used was a walk in closet to expand and make room for the large walk in shower and soaker tub. Another smaller closet was build behind the bathroom. The clever design did not sacrifice the space of the rest of the bathroom. Lid mirror and a modern fireplace, with or without heat, makes this space a spa like daily experience. The construction cost do not include materials."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."
