"I needed my master bedroom ceiling fan replaced since the fan motor burned out. ZNJ sent two technicians out promptly and they were able to remove the old ceiling fan and light kit quickly and got the new fan and light kit I had purchased installed. The fan I purchased had a couple of â quirksâ in the mounting, but the ZNJ techs were able to solve the problem quickly and the new fan and lights look lovely and are working perfectly. The techs were very courteous, did an excellent job, cleaned up the work area, took the old fan and light kit with them, and removed the box and packing for the new fan which I greatly appreciated.
