THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . Tom Arrived when he said he would and expertly completed the job. I could tell this man is a master of his craft. The second time I needed to replace the exhaust fans in both bathrooms and the hood over the stove. Once again, he was there when he said he would be (actually was 25 minutes early). He got right to work and before I knew it, he was finished! He knows his stuff! I've dealt with many contractors in my life - even have a couple in the family. They all seem to suffer from attention deficit syndrome. I would hire Tom again in a heart beat. He is easy to work with. He's knowledgeable and get to the point.
