"Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost."

The owner of the company actually did the work., and he arrived at the stated time on both days, and did exemplary work. I was really impressed by the fact that he set up a floor to ceiling plastic barrier in the work area to minimize dust. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area after he was done on both days. He even offered to come back and do some touch-up work after the wall was primed, but it was not necessary because his work was perfect. I was really impressed by this company, and I highly recommend them."

"It went well. Bob Steck the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive and won my trust immediately. I would give the job an A all around except for one disappointment. The crew, who were genial and polite, thought they were finished when I pointed out that no wall patching had been done even though it was in the contract. This brought on some grumbling which, though understandable, I did not appreciate. They patched the wall as required but I suspect they did this more hastily than they might have otherwise. When I came back I found that the clean-out valve, exit pipe, soil pipe and window sill were covered in cement splotches. This is an aesthetic quibble but it soured a job otherwise well-done. I think if they had taken just a little more time on the wall and to clean up, I would have been perfectly satisfied. It hasn't rained since the installation, but the French drain itself looks good to go. I would recommend them."
