"I called Royal Landscapes and we agreed on a date (03/09/18) to meet to review the job. On March 9th, no one from Royal Landscapes bother to show up. There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes."

From the day we hired him until the day after all three jobs were done he was in touch at least once a day. There was never a time I did not know the status of the job.
