"I called Royal Landscapes and we agreed on a date (03/09/18) to meet to review the job. On March 9th, no one from Royal Landscapes bother to show up. There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes."

"They did a complete porch teardown and build. They did such a fantastic job. Family owned business, walked us through the process, listened to our concerns, and was very talented and knowledgeable. He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! They did such a great job on putting everything back in the correct place (including bushes, landscaping lights and mulch) it looks like nothing was done.
