We already purchased all the materials and only needed labor. Home Art Tile made it very easy. Connected via Angie, measurements were done remotely via text and photos. Got a quick and fair estimate. They scheduled us for later in the month but had a cancellation and was able to move our installation to the same week as the quote! The installer was very professional, prompt and clean. We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting. Hi noticed a few chipped and cracked tiles and asked if he could replace those if there was enough left over. He was able to do so. Nice craftsmanship. Very satisfied with the work."

"I sent e-mails to 3 different carpet cleaning companies on a Tuesday & Classic responded almost immediately. I set up an appointment for an estimate only but was told that, since I needed the job done within the week, that they could provide the estimate and do the work the same time if I agreed on the cost. After Johnnie took a examined and measured the areas to be cleaned, he did state that the carpet was in good condition, but that some of the stains of unknown origin may not come up completely. It turns out that my parents must have used a cleaner that caused the carpet to fade in some spots. The carpet came out acceptable but not perfect due to the nature of some of the stains that had set in for years.   
Also, I was not aware that Classic cleans tile and grout, so I had Johnnie include a price to have the bathroom and kitchen wall and floor tiles cleaned. The end result was fabulous! It would have taken my wife and me hours to scrub out the dirt from the grout. My whole project was complete in less than 2 hours. This was my parent's house and due to their advanced age, hadn't had a thorough cleaning in years. This was well worth the cost. We would definitely recommend Classic Services.

THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Please see attached before and after pictures. Bill was professional, courteous, on time. He takes personal pride in the work he does and does not consider the job done until he and the client are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Bill for tile cleaning/restoration work."
