Joe was wonderful to work with. He removed a wood burning stove and brick hearth, repaired the wall, replaced outside siding where chimney was, removed carpet and laid new flooring and painted living room and dining room. He was always on time and he and his crew, Solomon and Jason, do very nice work. Will definitely be hiring him again.

JOE CALLED BACK WITHIN 10 MINUTES AND WAS AT THE HOUSE WITHIN 20 MINUTES FROM MAKING PHONE CONTACT. WE HAD A VERY SMALL JOB OF A REPAIR TO A LOOSE GUTTER THAT WAS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE WITH THE HIGH WINDS THAT DAY. HE TREATED US AS IF THE JOB WAS MAKING HIM A FORTUNE. It was a very nice experience and I would hire JML Cleanup again. They picked up a washer and dryer from a relatives home and delivered, carried up a flight of stairs, and installed. Of course I did not measure the washer dryer to see if they would fit in the room. they made the units fit because there was a space issue. The job was done to my satisfaction. Very happy.

Joe removed 2 layers of ceramic tile and installed a porcelain pattern tile on my bathroom floor, along with installing mosaic stone tile on the backsplash and a boarder above the existing tile in the shower stall. He arrived on time, was forthright, neat, and very competitively priced.

Joe is a real professional. He did a great job repairing damage from a leak in hot water heat closet that occurred when I was away. He was prompt, very fair in pricing job and did "extras" such as ordering and picking up a needed replacement door. He is communicative, aims to please, and a very neat worker. KUDOS!

Joe was meticulous in preparing our deck for re-staining. He power washed,, scraped (often on hands and knees), and sanded to provide a good base for the stain. He also replaced one of the rails on the deck. Although delayed a bit by weather, the job was done within the time frame we required. The results are excellent.

He showed up on time and completed the job as promised. Was so pleased with his service I hired him to do more work around our home.
