Ken was very efficient and explained what he was doing very well.

Was very knowledgeable and caring about making sure to fix the problem the 1st time. Took his time and left our bathroom as clean as when he entered.

As I was communicating with Ken prior to coming to my house, he was attentive and helpful. The service was done this morning, 11/13/25. He grouted, sealed and cleaned the entire tub in one bathroom. In the other bathroom, he grouted, sealed and cleaned the walls of the shower as well as the shower floor. I would absolutely use his services again and I highly recommend him.

Ken was fantastic! I had him do a bathroom and jacuzzi and he did such a great job, they looked like new! So I decided to do another bathroom and laundry room tiles grout, and he did a great job on them too and gave me a discount for repeat customer. The tile on our shower floor was missing grout and several tiles were loose. Ken came and took a look at the job at the time he was supposed to, gave me a fair price to do the job right and said the floor needed to be dried out and he would be back Monday to do the job. On Monday morning Ken called me and said his wife had an issue and he would have to reschedule for Wednesday. He did call and just not show up. He came Wednesday as promised, his workmanship and cleanliness were excellent. Would highly recommend.

I am selling my home, and the tile floors needed a good touch-up. Ba Bam came in short notice and cleaned my grout so it looked brand new! What a difference it made to the kitchen and baths.
