They left wires hanging and broke the drop ceiling tiles. never replaced. i called several times to let them know and never heard a response back. That was the end of February. Come September the water heater stopped working. Note there is a 6 year warranty on the tank and 2 years labor. i just wanted them to come take a look at it. They basically told me to go F#*@ myself Again called several times and the son hung up on me three times he kept saying to call a electrician. Finally i got the Dad on the phone and told him about the problem and he said he'll take care of it. AGAIN nothing was resolved. So the FATHER and SON don't give a s*** about their costumers. THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!"

I immediately went to Angie’s and right away a coupon popped up for this company. Someone actually answered the phone, it was Joey and after I explained to him what was going on he told me to shut the unit off and he could be out there first thing in the morning or later that day to assess the situation. He came later that day and unclogged the drain from the unit so that at least I could keep the unit on while a new unit was ordered. He didn’t even charge me for the visit that day. One day later he gave me a very reasonable price $6500 for a new system. I also had the heating unit replaced for an additional $2000. The very next day a three man crew showed up and within 5 1/2 hours I had a brand new unit. I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, experience, respect for property, and quality of work that I witnessed. I was very fortunate to have called them first and I will use them in the future to check on the health of my system. A+."
