Acquatic Pools is a very professional company. They open and close my pool, and service it weekly. I am extremely satisfied with their quality of service. I have never seen my pool look so good. The water is always perfect. I highly recommend their company and will continue to do business with them from year to year.

My regular pool company could not open my pool before Memorial Day. Acquatic pools opened my pool a week before Memorial Day. We were swimming in my pool Memorial Day weekend. They were good and did not try to charge me for extra chemicals I did not need.

Very unhappy with my overall experience with this pool contractor. The owners main goal was not to provide me with good service but was only interested to write change orders after change orders. The crew was unexperienced and they had to come to my home many times just to fix a simple problem. If you call the owner he will simply ignore your phone calls. The secretary will simply say she will pass a message but never does. Why pay all this money when the service is below average? Avoid please at all cost, very untrustworthy and unprofessional. When you invest your hard earned income to renovate your pool you should deserve quality of service.

This my first pool so I do not really have a basis for comparison on price. That said, Acquatic Pools was very quick to respond to my request for information. The individual I spoke with, Dave, was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to attend to my needs very quickly. In addition, I changed the scope of work I was asking of him midstream (I added tasks) and he was able to accommodate me on the spot without any lost. I would definitely recommend hiring Acquatic Pools if you have a need for a servicing company.
