"Mr. D, We are very sorry you feel you had a negative experience. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Despite the fact that our company did not install your solar heating system, we made every effort to help you find a solution. We were told by the insurance agent that the damage to the home was caused improper cleaning and maintenance of your gutters and roof. Our experts checked the installation on several occasions and agreed with the insurance company that the solar installation had nothing to do with the required repairs. Despite these findings, we offered to take down and reinstall the system at no charge. Unfortunately, you chose not to accept our help. Our business has installed several thousand solar thousand solar heaters and we are proud of our large base of satisfied customers."
