The owner of Promen, Diego, came out and explained the entire process of what needed to be done, the parts that would be used and the differences in boilers. His patience in explaining everything made us comfortable in choosing Promen and we were not disappointed with our decision. They arrived when they said they would to start work. They completed the work as promised in the time frame they stated and cleaned up after themselves. Diego even called the next day to make sure everything was fine and we were happy.
