"Tito and Son was very professional. Work was amazing quality. Crew was very nice and friendly. Communication from Nayol was clear from the beginning and maintained throughout until the work was completed with updates with anything that was getting done. They removed and poured new sidewalk as well as the walkway to our front porch. They also redid our front porch steps with trex material and it looks amazing! All material that was removed was taken by them and left eveything nice and clean. Highly recommended. Will be using them again in the future."

"Recently had a house down by the shore taken down by All phase Demolition and despite my hesitations I could not have been more satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the owner, Damian. From start to finish he made me feel so comfortable. Damian is a hands on owner and makes sure he is available throughout the entire process. His crew not only went above and beyond to get the job done, but they also were very friendly and reliable. Would love to give this company 5+ stars! Will definitely be referring All Phase Demolition to my friends and family."

Pros will assess your soil type, property geography, and rain patterns for optimal slope.

Measure from zero on a measuring tape by placing the metal hook right up against the edge of what you need to measure. You can also latch the hook onto an open edge—of, say, a table—to accurately measure as well. If you begin at the 1-inch mark, you'll need to subtract an inch from your total.

It is almost always necessary to hire a land surveyor near you to ensure your fence sits on the right side of the property line. Mistaking the shape of your property can lead to fines and costly changes if you have to move or adjust the privacy fence—not to mention some surly looks from your neighbor. We recommend jumpstarting your fence planning in the spring to ensure there is plenty of time to map out your plan before construction season.

Yes, they assess topography and potential risks related to flooding.

Several government-backed lending programs can help first-time home buyers purchase a home with little money down. FHA, USDA, and VA loans are options for qualifying borrowers, though many conventional mortgage lenders will lower down payment rates to as low as 3 percent.
