"First off Fabio was extremely fast returning my message. He was able to start within a few days and together we worked around my busy schedule. Extremely friendly and personable. Showed up on time everyday and finished on time which was very important considering the urgency I needed in getting my baby's nursery completed. He was flexible on pricing. 2 minor issues were clean up and finish. Cleanup could have been more thorough but since my kitchen was being renovated at the same time only a few feet away everything was in need of a cleaning so I didn't ask him for a better clean up. Although if I did I would not have a doubt in my mind he would have been happy to oblige. The finish. There were a few spots that needed to be sanded further. Also, I needed to add just a little more spackle around 2, maybe 3, outlets. I have some experience with that so I just finished it myself. In Fabios defense he said if I noticed any imperfections after final inspections to simply call him and he would come out immediately, but I simply took it upon myself to fix. I would easily and confidently recommend him to my family or friends and would myself use him again in the future if needed.

"Finding a Drywall installer for my project was the hardest part of the whole job, several no response or follow ups. Through Angi I got in contact with AR Drywall. Adrian showed up promptly for our walkthrough appointment and provided me a resonable estimate for the work to be performed. Upon start, we had some misunderstanding on what type of sheetrock we needed in a flood zone, but Adrian had it rectified within hours. The installation and finishing went very quickly, his crew was very efficient. After our final walkthrough, my husband and I found a couple missed spots, and Adrian himself came back twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would absolutely hire again."

"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. "Not what I expected on project to remove ceiling drywall due to beam connected and need extra screws to uphold, overly price extra which I could have negotiated but husband was too quick to agree on, not happy at all. I still fixing up work done and painting. Remove exhaust fan and Door was replaced twice but ok still gap could have fixed with attention to detail. Now I really thinking Nayol was not being 100% honest with me about drylok screws I paid for are missing and different screws left after hard to tell HD they sell wrong screws. I thinking not sure I would hired back for another project if honesty a problem with me. Still I give them 3 stars for Tito works."
