Now that's he's finished, when I paint, if I find any imperfections, Fabio said at least twice when he was being paid to call him back for the work.
I saw a drywall job on Flipping: Las Vegas and in one of their high-end flips, they were talking about a "Class 5" drywall job. One of the reasons I hired Fabio was his comment about using a light to inspect the final finish. This is the method that a Class 5 drywall finisher will use to make sure the finish is perfect.
Fabio wanted no money up front and specifically said he didn't want to be paid until he was finished. Now, I only needed finishing and not drywall to be purchased and installed, but a contractor who is willing to wait until he is finished is a rare occurrence.

I have a 20 X 18 ceiling in the Livingroom that was falling down they demoded it and took everything with them the cleanup was extraordinary. they were back the next day ran wire for lights in the celling and insulated. Day 3 ended with all the drywall up and spackled on top of completing the project in 9 days everything is above expectations. By far the best contractors i'v ever hired"
