One of the reasons I hired Fabio was his comment about using a light to inspect the final finish. This is the method that a Class 5 drywall finisher will use to make sure the finish is perfect.

I have a 20 X 18 ceiling in the Livingroom that was falling down they demoded it and took everything with them the cleanup was extraordinary. they were back the next day ran wire for lights in the celling and insulated.
