"Jon answered my text/call very quickly and have an exact time he can squeeze me into the schedule. Heâ s taken care of a few issues, crickets and carpenter ants and the problem has gone away. He keeps up to date with me ensuring his efforts were successful and gives good recommendations for standard pest control throughout the house as he sees fit. Many things of which he pointed out and I did not realize were critter outlets! A+ service and good priced compared to big name companies. You get the customer care and informative exterminator. Call B&m!"

"The applications were less than what I expected.
First time the guy arriived and used a hand held ~2.5 - 5.0 gallon sprayer to walk the property and spray the chemical.  He advised that there should be no standing water, I should not have a bird bath, etc..  The result was less then satsfactory for controlling the mosquitoes.  Technician requested access to the house which I thought was very  unprofessional.
Second month, different technician this time with a truck and a hose sprayer.  The sprayer was not long enough to reach all of the property or to the back of the yard.  The technician was holding the hose high in the air to get distance on the chemical being srayed, the problem is I have a pool and I am unsure if the overspray was drifting into the pool.  Any wind at all the chemical was being sprayed into the pool, I am still not confident that it did not make it into the pool water.  The result was slightly better control of the mosquito population that month.

If I remember correctly the 4 applications after that the technician arrived with the hand held sprayer.  The mosquito controll was not very good but in all fairness to them mosquito control last year was very difficult all around.  Overall, I did not think the company was very professional so I decided I would not do future business with them.  I was not impressed with any part of the service, sorry.

"They were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They advised me to wait until there are no birds in the nest. I would have no hesitation to use them in the future and to recommend them to others."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Yes, predator decoys work to keep birds away, at least temporarily. However, if the decoy remains motionless in the same spot for a long enough time, the birds will eventually wise up and realize it's a fake. Keep changing the location of the predator decoy to ensure that the birds keep their guard up and maintain their distance.

Depending on the size of your home and accessibility, expect professional pest inspections to take between 30 and 60 minutes. If you have a large property or limited accessibility, pest inspections may take longer.

Numerous predators kill hornets, including frogs, birds, lizards, bats, spiders, and hedgehogs. Some larger predators, including rats, skunks, and racoons, will occasionally attack a hornet nest in order to eat the larvae inside. These natural predators typically don’t eat enough hornets to make them an effective form of hornet control.

Yes, professionals use humane and safe methods. Inform your provider of any specific concerns before treatment.

This depends on if their needs are being met. They'll likely return night after night if they have access to food, water, and adequate shelter. If this changes, they’ll look for another roosting spot. This is why bright lights and other dissuading factors often work when removing bats from a property.
