This company was very professional and knowledgeable. They were concerned and treating me as if I was there own family. He showed me tips and gave me information on how to be preventative in correlation to my issue .. It is quite rare to find a company today that went above and beyond their obligation and responsibility. It is also rare to find a company Who is trustworthy and willing to explain everything to you. A Company who is fair in price and provides excellent quality service. I would recommend this company to everybody and anybody. Even as a spring to summer service in reference to any type of ants as we all get them from time to time and we all know how hard it can be to be Eradicate them from our homes !! It was wonderful to deal with an honest, knowledgeable, caring professional. Well I can I will recommend this company to everybody. Thank you Michael your expertise, concern and professionalism was greatly appreciated !!

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
I contacted Families Exterminators on a Sunday and they got back to me in less that 30 minutes. Mike came to the house shortly after looked over my issue of a large bee hive and was able to fix it quickly and effectively. They also cleaned up and kept me in the loop. I would recommend Families Exterminators in a heart beat.

Called Mike with a bee problem. He came over the same day between jobs to take a look. He offered to take care of the problem and also gave me advise on what I could do myself. He kept in constant contact with me over the next few days to make sure the problem was solved. I’ve dealt with several different type contractors over the past couple years and never met anyone who cared more for his customer. If you need an exterminator do yourself a favor and call Mike

Mike was simply amazing and super knowledgeable! Heâ  s friendly and helpful, letting us know what we could do around our home to help prevent future issues from occurring. His prices canâ  t be beat and the service was second to none. He was in contact and responded quickly when setting up a date and time. He even took time to play with our 4 year old, he is instantly part of the family! Rodent Pest Control Service
Mike is very honest. We have a mice problem in our attic. He walked our property to point out problem areas that we fixed ourselves. Also, Mike inspected our basement, attic, garage pulled out our stove, looked under our kitchen sink and gave us suggestions to block off open areas from mice getting into our home. He set up traps in our garage and attic. He gave us many other suggestions regarding our garage door. Mike was at our home for more than 1 hour and was so helpful. We are so happy to find an honest business person. Families Exterminators is a company we will use again and happily give them a 5 star rating.

Mike came immediately and took down an enormous hornet hive in my backyard. He removed and disposed the hive and made sure the wasps would not return. He also double checked to make sure there wasn t any other hives on my property. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.
