"Tony was very responsive to our initial call to have a second hand rail installed in our home which is a two story colonial. He assessed what needed to be done and even suggested an extension of the original railing that was chosen to ensure safety for my husband descending the stairs. He was always on time, worked diligently, and is professional in every way. We would hire him again."

"Matt and his team were excellent to work with. Very impressed that Matt supervised every operation and communicated updates on progress or when decisions by us, the homeowner were required. Matt delivered on his promises, on time , on budget with no surprises. The project went so well that we immediately gave Matt another project of converting our conventional bathtub to a gorgeous stand up shower, complete with bench. Again Matt and Prestige Design Build delivered on time and on budget with outstanding quality and workmanship! I would not hesitate to call on Matt for all my home improvements!"

"Cesar does great work. He is reliable, kind and responsive. He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. He replaced old closet doors with new bi-fold doors, and he helped with many other details I needed. I will definitely be using him again, I am very happy with everything!"

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in"

"Mike is very friendly and courteous, as well as quite dedicated to doing a good job. When installing our new attic stairs and door, he spent numerous hours over two days. I saw him place the weatherstripping perfectly, and both this and the paint look excellent. As he works, he explains the steps of what he is doing. After finishing, he called later on to make sure that there were no problems. He is easy to contact and returns calls. I would therefore highly recommend Mike and Palma Construction."
