Several window sills and frames had extensive rotting that required new framing to accommodate the new replacement windows. The Lindholm team had the experience and proper tools to accomplish the work in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job, were courteous and policed up the refuse generated from the demolition and hauled it away. We feel very confident in recommending them for any carpentry work you may need performed."

It was finished off with white azek to complete the trim underneath and around the entire deck. It's beautiful. The crew arrived on time every morning and worked the whole day. They were polite, organized and neat. When they left at night, there was no mess left behind. They completed the job in 2 1/2 days. I would definitely call them again when I need other projects done.
