"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"On the hottest day of the year, my central air conditioner broke. It was almost 23 years old and water began to leak from my ceiling. I immediately went to Angie’s and right away a coupon popped up for this company. Someone actually answered the phone, it was Joey and after I explained to him what was going on he told me to shut the unit off and he could be out there first thing in the morning or later that day to assess the situation. He came later that day and unclogged the drain from the unit so that at least I could keep the unit on while a new unit was ordered. He didn’t even charge me for the visit that day. One day later he gave me a very reasonable price $6500 for a new system. I also had the heating unit replaced for an additional $2000. The very next day a three man crew showed up and within 5 1/2 hours I had a brand new unit. I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, experience, respect for property, and quality of work that I witnessed. I was very fortunate to have called them first and I will use them in the future to check on the health of my system. A+."

"this company is the scum of the earth. their google reviews have to be made by friends and family because they robbed me. They didn’t do their job properly and charged insane prices. I called to have a line clog cleared out and paid extra for the camera, they still have not provided the camera 3 weeks after I paid for it. When I called to complain about the clog not being fixed and the camera still not being provided, they told me I’d have to pay again even though the guy didn’t do the proper job the first time and they lied and said that the camera wasn’t part of the price but “complimentary“, even though the plumber told me it was an extra charge. this company is awful, half a mortgage payment for 15 minutes of labor, and they didn’t even get the job done, these are disgusting people."
