"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

"They did a prompt professional job. I received the report in about 7 days. Mold was found in the air due to high humidity in the air. All of this seemed OK but then I was forwarded to the Biocide company that tried to get me to buy a DIY mold remediation kit. There a time pressure to buy the kit for the best price at $2400. They said the nature of the mold would require a hazardous work fee from any remediation company that would cost from $12,000 - 18,000. This is when I started questioning the service I received. My pulmonologist also looked at the test results & said the mold levels did not seem too bad. Also, the humidity readings on my house thermostat did not read the high level that the report stated. So, I do not know if there was any value with the service & I am not sure if I would recommend them. The only way to really find out would be to call in another testing company but I did not want to spend another $660. So, I had the remediation work done for $1900 & was satisfied."

I am very satisfied with the entire process of working with Brandon who along with Felix and his team provided excellent customer service and would not hesitate to call in again should the need arise. "AMS is our HERO. The city sewer backed up and filled one third of our basement just before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday. By halftime George had arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, and set up a time to return the following morning. His workers were polite, professional, and meticulous, and did an unbelievable job of cleaning up a horrible mess. By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. When they were finished the floor was bone dry and absolutely clean. It occurred to us that the floor could not have been better cleaned if it were being prepped for painting. So we will be doing so.
