"THANK YOU!!!! gina"
"THANKS: It was a pleasure working with you guys. Gina & Tom Holshue"
"First, we apologize for any inconvenience. I have been in contact with this customer and I asked her to call us if she could not get the cable working. We would come out as a courtesy to her. We were hired to run a cable line to her room. It is the cable company's job to hook up the cable. We were paid to just run the cable wire to the room, not hook up the cable. We made several attempts to help her but have not heard back from her since. We strive to meet our customer’s needs as customer service is our number one priority. Unfortunately, it seems to be a misunderstanding that we are trying to resolve. In the meantime we invite you to look at our other positive reviews which are a better reflection of our company."
