"We had never had our carpets cleaned in the past and they were installed more than a decade ago so I did not know how much a carpet cleaning service could do at this point to clean and restore our carpets, particularly the beige and white one in our bedroom which had a lot of wear and soiling in the high traffic areas of the room. I made an appointment with Marc at Heaven's Best. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable and also honest about managing expectations on how much he could do to rejuvenate the carpet in our bedroom. The work overall was outstanding. The dark blue carpets in our hall, steps and upstairs bedrooms came out great and the outcome in our bedroom actually exceeded expectations as Marc was able to restore the color of the rug to it's original color. Marc's prep (vacuuming, dying of discolored spots on the blue carpets) was very thorough and the work and outcome was first rate. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and relieved that we now had a few more years before we might have to replace the carpet in our bedroom with new carpet or new hardwood floors. The cost for four bedrooms, a stairway and upstairs hall was very reasonable, particularly when you factor that Marc was there close to three hours.
