Jeff Jones was a pleasure to work with. While he'd estimated 3 full days to install hardwood flooring in 3 rooms, his crew of 3 finished in a day and a half. They were professional, prompt, did an excellent job, and were very careful and clean. They did all the sawing outside on my deck, and kept vacuuming, which almost totally eliminated any sawdust residue. The floor looks gorgeous and I'm 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend American Floor Service without reservation. Jeff is also very responsive to emails and/or phone calls. You won't go wrong hiring this company for your flooring needs.

Jeff Jones and his team are amazing. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable at his craft. We had other contractors at the house to do other work and all had complemented us on our floors. Jeffrey Jones and John Riccio worked well at team to help me get my floors done. They were both professional and very courteous. They explained everything that needed to be done, how long it would take and best of all the price was exactly within our range. This was the first time my husband gave me the okay to pick someone we didn't know to do work in our house. Jeff called promptly and showed up on time for a very small repair job. When we had second problem in another area, again relatively small, we called him and again, he showed up promptly. Since he was so good, we decided to have him sand an area about 500sf. He came in with a crew and they got the job done professionally and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased and will hire them again for the next two projects.

My husband and I had several quotes from other companies and All American Floors were by far the best. Jeff is extremely professional and very informative. He is definately an expert at his field. We had to take some time to finish our home before we actually needed him to come in and do the flooring, but he made sure to follow-up with us throughout the several months that it took. He was the only company to do this. Once the work was completed, he took the time to contact us to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that had been done. We are referring him to everyone we know that needs their wood floor finished!

Mr. Jeff Jones, owner of American Floor Service completed work at my home. It included staining three bedrooms, dining room, living room, hallway and stairs. The quality of work surprised my expectations. He inspects the work completed by his men from the beginning until the end. And, if he feels that the sanding did not meet his standards, he will have them sand the trouble spots again until it reaches the desired smooth finish to ensure that the staining is even. This is undoubtedly excellent workmanship that one does not see today. I would recommend his work to anyone Thank you Service Magic for your help. I will utilize your service again and again.
