It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise.
