"THE STRING RIPPED on our PELLA WINDOW which has an ENCLOSED SHADE, therefore the shade was totally inoperable. Everything else was working 100% on our bathroom casement window... just the blind string was broken, but Pella no longer services repairs on the shades of their 20+ year old windows! They suggested finding a blind repair company, or buying an entirely new $4000 window! After extensive searching for a company to repair the shade, and multiple rejects, Jacob Shemech of NORTH JERSEY BLINDS came to our rescue! We cannot say enough praises for Jacob Shemech! He is a very very nice person to work with. Right away Jacob said the blind was completely repairable and, after inspecting the window, replacing the window would not be necessary at all!
