"The 1st time they were to clean we were called & was told the van was in accident & would not be able to make it.
I was not sure if this was an excuse or the real deal. WE always move ALL the furniture out before they come so this was not well received.
We rescheduled ( we confirmed the day before) and Chris came at the agreed upon time.
Our Family room is large @ 25' x14 ' with a couple of very tough stains.
The carpet is @ 18 years old but has held up very well. He cleaned it like no one in the past.
He continued to work on the stains until they were virtually not noticeable.
We have never had anyone who worked so hard at cleaning the carpet.
We will definitely use only him in the future.
FYI-Previously used Stanley Steamer & they were good, just not at the same level Pro Cleaners is at.

"I just received my oriental carpet back from Luv n Kare. The carpet was cleaned, the sides were resurged and fringe was replaced in areas that it was missing. The rug is about thirty years old. It looks better now then it did when it was new. Very , very pleased. Would highly recommend them."
