"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit.
