"We are pleased with the services provided by Universal Pest Control. The prices are fair and we have already experienced positive effects of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking relief from pests and bugs."

"Carmine was great and I applaud his honest direction to consult my HOA. When i called, he took a quick look at the map and realized i was in a community. He directed me to contact the HOA and explained that most communities have their own pest control. I did and that was the solution. I truly appreciate Carmine's honesty though (rare these days) and now he's on my referral list for friends / neighbors in need. Thanks!"

"Frank was a total pro. Knew everything about how to address the pests. A big bonus was his excellent communication skills with our client. Super prompt and thorough with his report. We rate him 5 stars and two thumbs up."

"Gary is fantastic and I would highly recommend him! We had a bird nest in our attic and Gary was very responsive and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. In a span of a week he had to address the issue multiple times as many birds were stuck in the attic. Each time Gary was timely and addressed the issue with no extra cost or fuss. His experience came through as he installed a one way door to give the birds enough time to escape."

"Was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done to remove mice from property as well as preventative measures. Insisted on going in the basement and he was right because the mice were getting in from some holes I didn't realize gave access to the mice. The only reason I didn't rate the price an "A" is because I was hoping to pay under $200.00. However I was not disappointed in the service and he did deserve to be paid the full price quoted at the time of service."

"Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"We inherited a bird/bat/squirrel problem in our attic from the previous homeowners and it drove us crazy to hear scurrying noises above us at night. We contacted Above and Beyond Pest Control and Alex responded very quickly. Within a couple of days, he was able to visit and assess our situation to figure out what we needed to get any nested birds and attic dwelling squirrels out of our attic. He replaced an old one way door that was ineffective with his own, patched up any small holes that birds were getting into and returned after 10 days to remove the door and patch it up. Alex and his crew were very professional, honest and hard working. Don't hesitate to call them up if you have any pest control issues."

"The tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about our problem: ground bees. He sprayed the area, said the problem would be gone by the weekend. He was right!"

"Our technicians, Forrod and Kevin, were polite, friendly and professional. They answered all questions and took their time. They got rid of our bird mites and were very knowledgeable."
