"Was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done to remove mice from property as well as preventative measures. Insisted on going in the basement and he was right because the mice were getting in from some holes I didn't realize gave access to the mice. "Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom.  He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats.

He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house.

He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants.
